Best Darn Fajita Rub - Step Two
THE NAME SAYS IT ALL!
Apply one of our Step One Base Coats and allow spices to permeate deep into the meat to create a natural exterior “sweat” binder. Wait at least 10 minutes for the magic to happen, then generously layer with our Best Darn Fajita Rub for maximum flavor and incredible color. Wait at least 10 more minutes before cooking. By separating the two different layers and steps, you’ve locked in flavor internally with a Base Coat, while still being able to apply as much Best Darn Fajita Rub as desired - all without over salting. Need a little more salt and spice next time? Add more Base Coat. Cook like a pro, cause you’re in control! (Don’t like salt, don’t add a Base Coat!)
